Name: 8-Ball  (click here to download) Type: twighlight Players: 8 (256x256) Version: Broodwar Description: Non-symmetrical. Only one way in or out of each base. Lots of minerals near the center available from the ground. Very center requires air, but contains a lot of minerals and gas. Get to the center early to swing the game, but it's tough to hold

Name: Airborne Island  (click here to download) Type: space Players: 8 (256x256) Version: Starcraft Description: Non-symmetrical. Multiple ways in and out of each base. Lots of minerals around the center perimeter. Dead center is an island that contains minerals and gas but requires air to obtain. Look for spare resources in the corners.

Name: Back And Forth  (click here to download) Type: jungle Players: 8 (256x256) Version: Broodwar Description: Non-symmetrical. Early ground attack is not possible because entrances and exits are blocked with minerals. Look in the upper right hand corner for more resources.

Name: Back And Forth - Bridges  (click here to download) Type: jungle Players: 8 (256x256) Version: Broodwar Description: Same as Back And Forth however the mineral blockades have been removed.

Name: Backdoor  (click here to download) Type: twilight Players: 8 (256x256) Version: Broodwar Description: Non-symmetrical. Lots of resources in the center, but it requires air to get there. The outer rim of the map can be navigated all the way. Single entrances to each base, watch your resources as they can be attacked from above.

Name: Ice Islands  (click here to download) Type: ice Players: 8 (256x256) Version: Broodwar Description: Non-symmetrical. Lots of resources scattered all over. Some can be acquired from the ground, others require air. Expand rapidly to acquire enough gas. Center has a lot of resources, but is not a particularly strong position.

Name: The Wheel  (click here to download) Type: jungle Players: 8 (256x256) Version: Starcraft Description: Fairly-symmetrical. Plenty of resources in between bases and a few in the center. All bases subject to ground attack and the center can be difficult to hold.
