These terms cover your use of Materia Medica ("the app"). They are identified by the date they were published. By tapping "I agree" you accept them. By using the app you affirm that you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Materia Medica is a tool for keeping your own notes about herbs, recipes, batches and remedies. It does not provide medical, health or safety advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything.
You are responsible for what you make, use or share, and for following the laws and rules where you live, including those on selling, labeling or giving away herbal products.
Your entries are stored only on your device. If your phone is lost or reset, or the app is uninstalled, your data is gone unless you made a backup. You are responsible for making and keeping backups. A passphrase-protected backup cannot be opened without its passphrase, and the developer cannot recover it.
Files you receive from others may contain anything. Review imported content before relying on it. Content you share is shared at your choice and under your responsibility.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. The developer is not liable for losses, injuries or damages arising from use of the app, including lost data, to the extent the law allows.
These terms may be updated. When they change, the app will ask you to read and accept the new version. The published date shows when they were last changed.
