What you can do

Paced breathing

A circle that grows as you breathe in and shrinks as you breathe out, with the seconds counting down inside it. Presets for box breathing, 4-7-8, slow breathing at about 5.5 breaths a minute, and a double inhale.

Your own rhythm

Set your own breath in, hold, breath out and hold times in half-second steps, and pick a session length from one to twenty minutes.

Eyes-closed cues

A gentle buzz and a soft tone mark each change of breath, so you can close your eyes or look away. Each can be switched off on its own.

Breath-hold timer

Time your holds in rounds, after a full breath or an empty one. One big button starts and stops each hold, and every round is saved.

See your progress

Your best, average and total holds, a chart of your best hold each day, and a log of every breathing session.

Not sure where to start?

The Guide explains what each pattern is, how to do it, how long to try it and when people use it, and each pattern has an About panel in the app.

Free, with an optional Pro

Everything above is free. A one-time Pro adds long-range charts, more patterns, programs and more, with no subscription. See Free vs Pro.
